How to Find Your X (Twitter) Bookmarks on Desktop and Mobile

Open your saved posts on X, find the Bookmarks tab within History on current desktop layouts, and locate an old save with XSaved's Chrome search tools.

To find your X bookmarks, sign in to the correct account and open Bookmarks from X's navigation. You can also open x.com/i/bookmarks directly. Current desktop layouts can redirect that address to History, where you should select Bookmarks rather than Likes.

Opening the list and finding one old post are different tasks. Start with the native list; use a searchable imported library if you need more ways to narrow your saves.

On desktop

  1. Open X and check the active account's handle.
  2. Look for Bookmarks in the navigation, or open the direct bookmark link.
  3. If the page is titled History, choose its Bookmarks tab. The current desktop route supported by XSaved is x.com/i/history.
  4. Open the full list if you are currently inside a folder.

X changes its navigation, so follow the labels in your account rather than looking for an exact screenshot. The older bookmark URL remains useful as a saved shortcut when it redirects.

On the X mobile app

Open your account or navigation menu and choose Bookmarks. If your version groups saved activity under History, choose Bookmarks within that section. Check the active account if the list is empty or unfamiliar.

X's official bookmark help describes the Bookmarks navigation and saving posts with the bookmark icon. Your own list is private to your X account.

Find one particular saved post

If X offers a bookmark search control in your account, try a distinctive word or the remembered author. Browser Find only searches text currently rendered on the page, which can leave older, unloaded saves out of its results.

For a separate Chrome library, XSaved can import your available bookmarks and let you search them by keyword and phrase, choose an author or tag filter, or browse a folder. Try this order:

  1. Search a word you remember from the post.
  2. Try a phrase in double quotes if you remember its wording.
  3. Type @ and choose an author suggestion, or open Authors.
  4. Open a relevant folder or choose one of your saved tags.
  5. Clear filters if the expected post does not appear.

The extension searches records it has imported. It cannot search content that X did not make available to the import, and a keyword search does not read the contents of every linked article, image, or video. Follow the bookmark search guide for examples.

If bookmarks still seem missing

Compare the same account in another client, return to the full list, and open a known post link if you have one. Avoid clearing storage or removing bookmarks while you are still establishing what is missing. The disappeared-bookmarks checklist explains the next steps and recovery limits.

XSaved for Chrome is permanently free and can be used locally without an XSaved account. Import requires your signed-in X session. An optional XSaved account enables full-library sync. See the Chrome guide, privacy policy, or interactive demo.

Sources and scope

Checked October 17, 2026 against X's bookmark help and XSaved for Chrome v0.114.0 route handling and search controls. The desktop History route is reflected in the extension source; labels can vary across X clients and rollouts. This is navigation guidance, not a claim to have tested every account's interface.
