  1. Latest
    v0.98.4

    X moved bookmarks. XSaved followed.

X retired `x.com/i/bookmarks` and put your saves inside a new History page at `x.com/i/history`, with Bookmarks and Likes as tabs under it. XSaved now attaches to the new page: the show/hide toggle sits next to the History title, exactly where it always was relative to the page name.

  2. v0.98.1

    A real folder manager

The folders dialog stopped being a list you could only look at. Create, rename, and delete folders right where you see them, with bookmark counts that update the moment something moves.

  3. v0.97.3

Your folders, notes and tags, on every device

Organize a bookmark on your iPhone and it shows up in Chrome — and the other way round. This release is mostly the unglamorous half of that promise: what happens when you're offline, when two devices edit the same bookmark, and when a change fails halfway.

  4. v0.97.0

Passkey sign-in, and sync you opt into

XSaved works entirely on your device. If you want your folders, notes, and tags on more than one device, you can now turn on sync deliberately — and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device authenticator instead of a password.

  5. v0.95.0

Folders are the one way to organize

XSaved had two organization systems: Topics, produced by on-device AI classification, and Folders, mirrored from X. Two systems meant two mental models, two sync paths, and a Pro gate on the half most people wanted. Topics are retired. Folders are free for everyone.

FAQ's

XSaved is a Chrome extension that transforms your X (Twitter) bookmarks into an organized, searchable library. Instead of scrolling through a flat, unsearchable list, you can find any bookmark instantly by keyword, author, folder, or tag. It adds rich features on top of the platform — notes, reminders, and author metadata — and unclutters messy bookmarks with auto-classification and folders for everyone, even without X Premium, with multi-folder support X itself doesn't offer. We pay close attention to user feedback to keep improving the tool and help you get the most out of your saved content.

Anyone who saves a lot on X (Twitter) and wants to actually find things again. Researchers, builders, writers, students, and curious people who use bookmarks as a personal knowledge base. If you've ever bookmarked something on X and never seen it again, XSaved is for you.

XSaved is free to install and use. You can manage, search, and export your X bookmarks without paying anything. We may introduce paid features later, but the core bookmark management will remain free.

Frequently. XSaved is in active development — we ship new features, fixes, and improvements on a regular cadence. You can follow what's new on the Changelog page or follow @xsaved_app on X.

Yes — private by default, and yours always. Everything works locally with no account: your bookmarks are stored and searched on your device. If you choose to create an XSaved account and turn on sync, your library is backed up to your account so it follows you across devices — visible to no one else, and we never sell or share your data. You can export or delete everything at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can export your entire bookmark library at any time in JSON, CSV, or HTML format. The HTML export generates enriched, beautifully formatted pages you can share or host anywhere. Your data is yours — back it up, move it anywhere, or just keep it safe outside of X.
